Walk with your family or take a wagon ride through 40 scenic acres of live evergreens and choose and cut your own Christmas tree at Family Tree Farm in Red Lion, Pennsylvania. Since 1988, thousands of Douglas Firs, White Pines, Fraser Firs, Blue Spruce and Concolor Firs have been planted and carefully nurtured by our family to grow into lush, full and beautiful centerpieces for your Christmas holiday celebration. Our farm has been in Karen Doyle's family for five generations and we take great pride in growing high quality Christmas trees.
After you've selected and cut your Christmas tree, we'll drill and bag your selection. We also sell tree stands for easy display and cleanup bags for convenient post-Christmas recycling.
We also offer other holiday and seasonal greenery, including fresh roping, decorated and undecorated wreaths, cut trees, balled and burlapped trees and more!
Located in rural south central Pennsylvania in Red Lion, PA, we serve families throughout York County and northern Maryland. We are within easy driving distance from York, Shrewsbury, Stewartstown, New Freedom, Red Lion, Dallastown, Lancaster and Harrisburg, PA, as well as Baltimore, Harford and Carroll County, MD. A Note from the Doyle Family
We are excited to announce that this year, we have teamed up with the Strathmeyer family, founders of Strathmeyer Forests, Inc. of Dover, PA, to provide even better service and quality of trees for you to choose. We are very pleased to be able to partner with the Strathmeyers, who have earned an international reputation as a top quality tree grower.
There are five weekends between Thanksgiving and Christmas this year and we are happy tor eport that there is a wonderful supply of trees for you to choose from. Please come out as early as you can and you'll be sure to get a great choice.
This year, there are some nice White Pines up to 10' tall, besides thousands of Firs, as well as lots of fresh wreaths, greens and roping. Our hours are from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM on Saturdays and Sundays between Thanksgiving and Christmas. This year, we will also be open Friday, November 23 (day after Thanksgiving) from 9 AM to 3:00 PM and all other Fridays from 12:00 noon until 4:30 PM.
A new stone parking lot has been added, so you can stay out of the mud. There is also a custom wagon ride available to and from the tree fields and, if you like, our team will drill your trees and offer the exclusive Stand Strait system for your convenience.
